These NEMA 7 & 9 enclosures are cast iron. NEMA types 4 X, 7 & 9 cast aluminum are available for outdoor use; to order this type of enclosures , replace the "R" in the catalog number with a "T". Example: 2510 MBR becomes 2510 MBT. This also applies to 2510 MBR2, 2510 MCR1, 2510 MCR2, 2510 MCR3, and 2510MCR5 devices.
