Why is the "œ" character not displayed correctly during EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert runtime?

Resolution:
The language fonts on EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert are regulated by ISO standards.
The French_Gothic font set uses the character code [ISO IEC8859-1]. The "œ" character can not be displayed because it is a character that does not exist in the [ISO IEC 8859-1] character code.
Instead, use the Romanian_Gothic font set. This uses the character code [ISO IEC8859-16] which includes the "œ" character.
