Why is my ATV320 drive, getting INF2 faults?

Issue:

ATV320 drive getting INF2 faults

Product Line

ATV320 drives

Environment:

INF2 faults

Cause:

n/a

Resolution:

This fault usually occurs because of a unknown or incompatible Power Board, in the drive. Would want to make sure no one has tried replacing a Power Board and/or Main Control Board in the drive. Would suggest to open the cover to the drive and check all the internal connections to make sure one of them is not loose. Then could recheck all the parameter settings, in the drive. After powering down the drive, could try to reapply power and see if the fault returns. If the fault does return, then probably would need to replace the drive.
