Resolution:

Contactors that fit the Tesys Deca Green category that uses Electronic coils are the ones that have the part number end in coil voltage suffix BNE, EHE, KUE. Some examples would be LC1D09BNE, LC1D32KUE, LC1D65AEHE.

Surge protection is already embedded to the Tesys Deca Green contactors. This cannot be removed or added as it is a built-in function already.
