The JE suffix for kirk key lock privisions and padlock provisions is available only as a factory installed option that must be specified before the breaker is built.

The FAQ What is the field-installable Kirk Key interlock mounting provision for the Powerpact M, P and R frame breakers? for adding Kirk Key Interlocks in an existing breaker is limited to suffix JA (vetical mount kirk key interlock) and suffix JK (horizontal mount kirk key interlock). There is no option to add a kirk key interock provisions and padlock provisions for an existing breaker.
