The part numbers will depend on the voltage rating of the Erie Type G Actuator.

For 24V, part number of the replacement motor is 30-158-A

For 110V, part number of the replacement motor is 30-158-B

For 208V, part number of the replacement motor is 30-158-D

For 277V, part number of the replacement motor is 30-158-T

For 230V, part number of the replacement motor is 30-158-U
