EPE2023: Error while creating Users in Security Editor of Ecostruxure Process Expert 2023

This article describes how to resolve the issue, when User gets an error while creating new Users in security editor as shown below.



This happens when the security of the computer system denies creation of new Users which can be due to firewall or antivirus or non admin rights etc. Kindly ensure that the User has full admin rights and the firewall of antivirus softwares are disabled temporarily until New Users are created successfully.
