What should be done if moisture or condensation is observed in an electronic trip miniature breaker (e.g. QO-DF, QO-AFGF, HOM-GFI, etc.)
FOR ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT BREAKERS EQUIPPED WITH PUSH-TO-TEST CAPABILITY: If condensation is observed in the Visi-Trip® window and/or on circuit breaker surfaces, the Push-to-Test sequence SHOULD be executed by the customer per the directions provided in the circuit breaker instruction bulletin (turn breaker off, remove load wiring from the breaker, leave the pigtail or plug on neutral connection connected to the neutral in the panel, leave the panel power on, turn the circuit breaker on, and press the Push-to-Test button). If the circuit breaker trips as a result of pressing the Push-to-Test button, it meets applicable standards for normal operation. If the circuit breaker does NOT trip, it should be replaced by qualified personnel per the steps outlined in the instruction bulletin.

**Note** The Push-to-Test sequence should be executed monthly as outlined in the instruction bulletin.
