Do QO and QOB breakers meet Nema AB3?

Resolution:
NEMA AB3 is an application guide, not a design standard. In other words, NEMA AB3 is a standard for breakers on how they are applied or used, not on how they were manufactured.
All of Square D’s UL489 breakers comply to the NEMA AB1 standard. The NEMA AB1 is the design standard.
