Resolution:
This fault usually occurs when the Mains Supply phase direction is not recognized when the
soft start is told to run. Would suggest to measure L1, L2 and L3 at the soft start. Ensure that
the control supply and mains is pulled in with or prior to a run command. A time-delay in the
run circuit may be required for this.
Could also check the mains supply wiring and verify the Mains supply connection and any devices
located between the Mains and the soft start (Ex: Fuses, Contactor and/or circuit breakers).
