With Control Expert Classic what does (No User Authentication) indicate?

Control Expert Classic includes a Security Editor. Launching this editor will allow individual user profiles to be created with varying permissions. By default, the requirement for users to log in is turned off. This message is simply stating that no 'user' has logged in.
