MVP NQ Panelboards
State-of-the-art in lighting panelboards.
Features
NQ MVP Panelboards with HDPM6000 high density power metering provide insight, accuracy and results. The HDPM6000 head unit provides voltage waveform capture, data logging and full Ethernet communication, and will accept CTs to monitor incoming main phase and neutral cables, when that option is selected. HDPM6000S24 CT strips and click-in CTs enable the monitoring of up to 87 outgoing feeder wires in a single panelboard and up to 165 branch circuits in a two-section panelboard.
The HDPM6000 head unit serves as a stand-alone 3-phase power quality meter and the foundational unit for the entire HDPM6000 range of devices. With 1% accuracy, THD metrics and waveform capture, the meter helps monitor and manage critical circuits with greater reliability. CTs may be added or removed after the system is deployed and are available in any size from 50A to 600A.
NQ MVP Panelboards are UL Listed for USA and Canada for applications at 240, 208Y/120, or 120/240 Vac, and may be quoted in a wide variety of configurations, with main lugs or a main circuit breaker up to 600A.
- Branch circuits up to 125 Amperes (2-pole and 3-pole), up to 70A 1 pole
- NEMA Type 1, 2 or 3R/5/12 enclosures
- Sub-feed lugs up to 400A
- Feed-thru lugs up to 600A
- Sub-feed circuit breakers up to 600A
- Barriers between line power and electronics for building code compliance
Benefits
Energy cost allocation:
- Accurately correlate and/or bill for circuit- and process-specific costs, keep users accountable for energy use.
Energy monitoring:
- Gather and analyze consumption data to identify patterns, target energy efficiency measures and verify results, identify waste and opportunities to reduce energy.
Power quality monitoring per circuit (THD + waveform capture):
- Analyze and interpret power quality data ¿to useful information, improve system-wide performance, help determine causes of equipment malfunction.
Energy billing:
- View current and historic circuit-focused energy bills, compare use across circuits discover trends over time.
Energy Code Compliance:
- ASHRAE 90.1, International Energy Conservation Code, California Energy Code (Title 24), Washington State Energy Code, etc.
