Safety Alert for Masterpact NW 800A - 6300A Circuit Breakers
Hazard: Schneider Electric has recently discovered a manufacturing issue that may affect the electrical protection capability of Square D™ or Schneider Electric branded Masterpact NW circuit breakers in a select range.
Affected Products: Potentially impacted products were manufactured between August 8, 2016 – March 27, 2018 in a Schneider Electric factory in France. Affected products can be identified using the serial number validation tool below.
Remedy: Schneider Electric has provided inspection procedures for products sold and currently installed. Affected products will be replaced for any non-conformity identified.
