Cause:
If the text on your screen says re-enabling hibernation, this is happening because the USB port cannot be detected by Windows Device Manager. After the system restart, the USB port will work fine.

Solution:

Restart your PC and then try to uninstall PowerChute Personal Edition 3.0.
