Is it possible to have VIP badges for EVlink Pro AC ?

Yes, but you need to be connected to EcoStruxure EV Charging Expert or EcoStruxure EV Advisor, which can manage such badges.
A VIP badge function is not available for a standalone EVlink Pro AC.
