Resolution:
First, ensure that the "Directly represented array variables" and "Allow dynamic arrays" options are selected in the project settings under variables.
To move all 16 input bits of a discrete module, you would use the MOVE_AREBOOL_INT function block. on the input pin enter the topological address followed by the array length :16
