Why I cannot downgrade firmware to V4.0.6.26 on M241?

Cause:
The firmware V4.0.6.26 cannot be loading to the M241
Resolution:
The new M241 comes with new hardware version and is not compatible with v4.0.6.26. Customer will need to update firmware to v4.0.6.41 or greater.
