Issue:

How to power cycle an InRow unit Generation 1?

Product Line:

InRow Family Gen1.

Environment:

ACRD1XX, ACRD2XX, ACSC1XX, ACRC1XX, ACRD5XX, ACRP1XX, ACRP5XX, etc.

Cause:

General aid for Customers.

Resolution:

  1. Please put the unit into StandBy mode (Figure 1), you might be required to input the password, use the default oneà apc (lower case).

  1. When the fans start ramping down, please unplug the dedicated power cord(s) to the unit (It can be top or bottom fed) [Figure 2] or put down the dedicated breaker(s) to the unit (If it’s hard-wired), or if it’s a 600mm InRow (Figure 3) and leave the unit without any power for at least 5 minutes.

  1. After the 5 min passes, restore the power to the unit, allow a couple of minutes, for the display to pop up, change the mode from StandBy to On (Figure 4), and test the proper operation of the unit.
