What are the possible causes of an FWPF error on an ATS480?

Environment:
Display shown on the VW3A1111 keypad
Resolution:
If the ATS480 is powered on with the VW3A1111 keypad and it displays a FWPF fault, with the soft starter powered off, remove the VW3A1111 keypad and connect the mini keypad that comes with the unit. Then power it back on and press OK to clear the fault.
