When will the KWh reset (energy reset) on a PM1200?

Issue
Customer cannot find documentation on when the PM1200 resets the Energy (kWh) value.

Cause
It is not clear when the kWh value resets.

Resolution

On models with a date of manufacture before February 2012, the meter will reset energy (both kWh and kVah) after 13.88 months.

However, on models with a date of manufacture of March 2012 or greater, the meter may be programmed to reset based upon a specified KWh or KVAh value via the front display.
