Can a QO or HOM, 2 pole GFI or EPD be used for a 1 pole application?

Issue:
QO-GFI, QO-EPD, HOM-GFI, HOM-EPD two pole breakers used for a single pole application

Resolution:
Yes, they can. Use the pole which contains the test button. Otherwise the test button will not work. Connect the pigtail and load neutral per instructions.
