Resolution:
You can`t really change the ratings, per se. You run wires through the CT windows once for full nameplate ratings. Loop the wires through a second time to double the amount of amperage the CT`s will see. Loop the wires through a third time to triple the amount of amperage the CT`s will see. Then, set the trip adjustment dial accordingly. For example, if your motor FLC is 0.5 amps and you feed the wires through the CT windows three times, set the dial to 1.5 amps (0.5 x 3 loops = 1.5 amps).
