No. The QO2150, QO2150, QO2200, QO2150VH, QO2150VH, QO2200VH, or QOB2150VH branch circuit breakers are two pole breakers that are physically four poles wide and connect to four adjacent connector fingers in the load center or panelboard. They connect to four connector fingers to adequately carry the higher ampacity. If these branch breakers would be installed in a 3 phase load center, a phase to phase short circuit would be created.
