Will the OEM mounting bases QON2L40 and QON24L70 accept a 2p QO breaker with an electrical accessory module like a shunt trip or aux contacts?

Yes. The electrical accessory module is going to be on the left side of the breaker and the neutral bar of the mounting base is on the right side so the breaker will fit on the mounting base even with the additional module.
