The Class 9999 Type SA3 push button kit consists of two Class 9001 Type K push button assemblies, choice of ``ON-OFF`` or ``START-STOP`` legend plates and fits into two of the three factory provided round knockouts on the enclosure door.
Field Installation:
The Class 9999 Type SA3 will have two, 30mm, Class 9001 Type K push button assemblies, legend plates wiring harness and installation instructions.
Factory Installation:
If the Class 9999 Type SA3 is supplied as a factory modification it is identified as follows:
Form A = Class 9999 Type SA3 using the START and STOP legend plates.
Form A3 = Class 9999 Type SA3 using the ON and OFF legend plates.

(2) 9001 KA1 Contact blocks.
(1) 9001 KN201 - ``START`` legend plate
(1) 9001 KN202 - ``STOP`` legend plate
(1) 9001 KN203 - ``ON`` legend plate
