Resolution:
Kits for the lug covers (includes lug cover, mounting screws, and instruction manual) are as follows:

For P-frame 800 A and less:
Short lug cover 3P: S33932
Short lug cover 4P: S33933

For P-frame 1000 A and 1200 A:
Long lug cover 3P: S33934
Long lug cover 4P: S33935

These lug covers come standard with factory mounted lug-lug breakers and with the field installable lug kits.
