Are the old QO tandem breakers where the breaker handles mount on top of each other still available?

Resolution:
The design of the old QO tandem breakers with the handles mounted on top of each other is no longer available. The current design of replacement QO tandem breakers have handles mounted side by side and they will mount in the same spaces as the old design.
