What does the issue number on a QO, QOB, QOU, or Homeline breaker indicate?

Resolution:
The Issue number on a breaker indicates the issue of UL manifest for that particular label. Different part numbers, even different breaker types, can share the same issue number. It does not offer any identifying information for the breaker.
