Resolution:
The AL1200P24K lug can accept up to 4 wires per lug. See instruction document 48049-135-03 . There are 4 wire binding screws in each lug. Remove the foam spacer, and insert the first wire in the bottom left hole, and do the same for the bottom right hole. Next do the upper two holes. This picture shows the progression. Also, the following video demonstrates how this is done.
