Can a 3p QO-GFI breaker be used on a load with no load neutral?

Can the 3-pole QO-GFI breakers work without a load neutral connected?

Resolution:
Yes, the 3p QO-GFI breakers can ONLY be used on loads without a neutral. There is not a spot to connect a load neutral on the breaker, and a load neutral for the circuit connected to the neutral bar will cause nuisance tripping.
