Resolution:
For NEMA 1 and 3R enclosures, first install the neutral CT mounting kit piece oriented with the red piece on the bottom and the lugs on the top, with the neutral lug and bonding hole on the left side. For NEMA 4X and 12 enclosures, that piece will be on the bottom. Then mount the other piece next to it, so that the red pieces are back to back, about an inch apart. Then bolt the neutral CT to the mounting kit using the provided studs, with the H2 side on the top. If the breaker enclosure is being used as service entrance equipment, you will also need to install the neutral bonding strap to the top piece using the bonding hole.
