On a Masterpact MTZ, how can ERMS be turned OFF if the phone that turned it ON is not available?

Resolution:
There is a "force unlock" feature in the Power Device app with the following combination:
Version 3 Ecostruxure Power Device MTZ app on the phone
Version 3 firmware in control unit
Note:  Version 2.12.2 and later Ecostruxure Power Commission software is able to update the control unit to version 3.

The Force unlock option in the Power Device app only disengages the ERMS function if ERMS was engaged by another smartphone. it won't disengage the ERMS function if ERMS was engaged by an external selector switch, for an external switch follow the FA408274.
