Resolution:
The QO2L70RB and QO2L70S are Service Entrance rated for Canada, when used with ONE 2 pole, QO breaker up to 70 A MAX.
NOTE: If the Load Center is NOT being used for a Service Entrance Application OR is being used for 2 circuits(so QO Tandem breakers or two 1pole breakers) are being used, REMOVE the bonding screw.
