Customer can’t change the logging interval for Energy

Cause

Some customers’ applications may need to change the logging interval for Energy.

Resolution

1. Connect to the meter using the EM4800 Configuration Tool.

2. In the Report section, open the Reporting Schedule tab.

3. Change the interval setting as desired:

4. Unit > Save to save the configuration.

5. Unit > Send to send changes to the meter.
