When a password is modified on the DSM UMI of the Sepam 1000+ during the connection processing of the SFT2841 software to this Sepam, SFT2841 software doesn't take into account the modification and still accept the previous password.
Ask for "disconnection" and then "Connection" again by using SFT2841, such as this one takes into account the new password.

Problem on SFT2841 v4.0 only. Corrected on version 4.1.
