Cause:
Customer not sure if they lost the termination plate and if it comes with it or if it has to be ordered separately.

Resolution:
The Advantys bus termination plate does not have to be ordered separately. The bus termination plate is shipped with each NIM module, however, a replacement bus termination plate can be ordered as part number: STBXMP1100.
