Cause

Resolution
*Warning: Irreparable database damage can occur. This procedure should only be performed by users familiar with SQL Server Management Studio. Databases should be backed up prior to performing this procedure.*
1. Open SQL Server Management Studio
2. Expand out the ION_Network database and then expand the Tables.
3. Find the table named "dbo.Registry". Right-click on the table and select "Edit Top 200 Rows"
4. In that table, there is a field named "Remoting.IONServices.Port" and its default value is NULL. Specify a port # in this field and restart the Real Time Data Service to use this port for its TCP comms.
Disclaimer: There are limitations on the values you can enter in this field. Values that are lower than 1024 or higher than 49151 may cause IONServices to not start up.
