Resolution:
Vista will automatically reduce and increase the diagram size by the same ratio in order to maintain the scale before pressing "Fit to Window." Vista maintains the aspect ratio in order to prevent stretching, but if the items are stretched before pressing "Fit to Window" they will scale with the new dimensions.
