Can the Reports in ION Setup be viewed in local meter time?

Issue

Customer would like to know if it is possible to view reports in a specific time range on the ION Setup application.

Cause

Customer is using the meter reports feature and would like to know if they can generate timestamps in the same time zone that the meters are on.

Resolution

No, ION Setup only displays reports in local PC time.
The workaround for this is to (temporarily) switch the computer to the same time zone as the meter.

While on Windows 11 > Right-click on Time and Date on the lower right of the PC  > Select Adjust date and time > Click on the drop down for the Time zone then  “UTC …”  > Select your meter  time  zone  > and turn “ON” the Adjust for daylight saving time automatically.
