The following error message appears when trying to add, modify, or delete a module for a meter, or the VIP content in designer.

Cause
The rights and permissions of the node diagram folder for the device might not be setup properly for the user. For example the permissions may be set to read only.
Resolution
To resolve this error make sure that the node diagram for the device is not read only:
a) - Browse to ...\ION Enterprise\config\diagrams\nd if you are using ION Enterprise5.6/6.0 or Struxureware Power Monitoring 7.0
- Browse to ...\Power Monitoring Expert\config\diagrams\nd if you are using Power Monitoring Expert 7.2/8.0 or later
b) Find the device that is having the issue.
c) Right click and go to properties.
d) Make sure the file is not set to read only on the general tab.
