How to deactivates nodes

Cause
User is getting "Communication Error" for the node is not responding error in Vista. The user knows it's deactivated meters and he would like to deactivate this error message. Or users know there is an issue with the meters and they want to deactivate the error message.

Environment
Vista showing "Communication error" in Vista

Resolution
Log into ION Enterprise Vista and click on "Options". Here is two options:
1) User can "Uncheck" the "Alert on Comm errors for Disabled Devices" which will not give "Communication error" for deactivated devices.
2) User can "Uncheck" the "Alert on Comm Errors" which will deactivate the "Communication error" for all devices.
