Resolution
The CM-2000 does not support a 3 CT configuration for 3-Wire Delta systems. The B phase is calculated regardless of whether you use 2 CT's or 3 CT's on a CM-2000 connected to a 3-Wire Delta system.
The appropriate system type for a 3-Wire Delta system is type 30 which requires 2 PTs and 2 CTs.
