Issue:
How to place Galaxy VM UPS into Maintenance Bypass

Product line:
Galaxy VM

Environment:
All Product models, all serial numbers

Cause:
The UPS must be transitioned into maintenance bypass mode for certain types of service or other maintenance to the system.

Resolution:
Push the Home screen Icon
Push CONTROL, default password 1234
Select SHUTDOWN WIZARD
Select Shutdown ending in Maintenance Bypass, now follow the on screen instructions

This video provides a step by step instruction on how to transition the Galaxy VM UPS into Maintenance Bypass mode, allowing the end-user to power down the UPS without interruption to their load.
