I need to find the serial number of the Altivar Process Variable Speed Drive.

Where is the date code buried in the new process drive's serial number?
Resolution:
It is possible that additional Manufacturing plants have been added since this article was last revised.
Note that the year code Y changed from 1 digit to 2 digits during 2018. So, a drive manufactured in year 2022 week 8 has date code 2208.
