What would cause Modicon M221 "Gateway Not Running" error on login?

Resolution:
The reason for this is the SoMachine Basic Communications Gateway Service is not activated . To turn on you have to go to the Services control panel, scroll down to the SoMachine Basic Gateway and turn it on. The following video demonstrates this process.
Note: SoMachine Basic has been replaced by the new software Ecostruxure Machine Expert Basic.
