Looking for the difference between the 3 ATV312 display LED's flashing and scrolling?

Cause:
Installation / Setup

Resolution:
Scrolling LED's mean that the drive is in Local mode (full control with the face of the drive unless programmed otherwise).
Flashing LED's at the same time mean the drive is in Local programming mode. The drive will not accept a run command in this mode.
If all three LED's are off or just one is lighted, the drive is in remote mode.
