Cause
The BCPME 42 (2 CT Strips) and 84 (4 CT Strips) models look the same. They share the CT Panel layout with both Panel 1 and Panel 2
Resolution
The 42 CT model cannot use 84 CTs even though it can connect the extra two strips to accommodate it. The 42 CT model does not have Panel 2 wired, which prevents them from being capable of being used. These connectors are left on the meter in order to reduce cost in manufacturing.
