How quiet (or noisy) is the NetShelter CX when only the fans are running, with no equipment installed?

The question was raised asking how quiet the cabinet is with nothing installed, just the fans running.

Noise of AR4024A / AR4024IA:
43.0 dBA total noise generated, measured 1.0 m / 39" in front of the cabinet

Noise of AR4038A / AR4838IA:
43.5 dBA total noise generated, measured 1.0 m / 39" in front of the cabinet
