Yes, the HMIG5U2 and HMIG5U22 do come with Vijeo Designer Runtime pre-installed on the Windows image.
It comes pre-licensed and registered.

There are 3 shortcut icons on the desktop named:
Vijeo Designer Runtime (the HMI software itself)
Vijeo Designer Runtime Manage (sets the state of automatic run on startup of Windows)
Vijeo Designer Runtime Recovery Tool (allows upgrading Vijeo Designer Runtime via download from a PC when this application is launched)

The only software license needed to be purchased is Vijeo Designer v6.2 to configure the HMI with Part Numbers:
VJDSNDTGSV62M - Single license (for 1 PC)
VJDSUDTGAV62M - Single license  (for 1 PC) with XBTZG935 USB cable
VJDGNDTGSV62M - Group license (for 3 PCs)
VJDTNDTGSV62M - Team license (for 10 PCs)
VJDFNDTGSV62M - Facility license (for unlimited PCs on the same site)
VJDUPDTGAV62M - Update license

Note: If you are using the HMIG5U2 with SoMachine, there are some extra steps required to enable the SoMachine (CoDeSys) Gateway service.
