Resolution:
Unity DIF V14.0 is compatible with EcoStruxure Control Expert V14 (including Modicon M580 Safety projects). It is not necessary to install any previous version prior to the installation of Unity DIF V14.0. V14.0 will also support previous versions of Unity Pro.  Find below the link to download Unity Diff V14.0
